See what I mean about obsessing the aesthetic? This blog is less than 48hrs old and it has a new theme already. Let’s hope that I soon move on from this and start blogging proper!

Ah yes, the pursuit of perfection and the dithering on the path thereto! Take comfort in the fact that your result gets it just right. In my case, sometimes perfection simply takes the form of “wow, I did it!” and that must suffice. And in case my head might get even the tiniest bit swelled at the euphoria of my accomplishment, see my daughter’s post on my blog, yes, the one where she calls me a dork!
I understand completely! I think that the look and feel of a blog are so important.. it has to be something that you really like, or how are you going to be motivated the use it?
Benevolence was so overated! I just switched out of that theme today. I have to agree, it is a little wierd how important these themes and details have become…although I have to admit I am also of the “detail oriented” persuasion. Still, when your interactions are boiled down to text on a page, you gotta make sure its just the right font and color text on the right design of page.
